Let's start with the staff when I arrived at the location and went in. I was greeted by Kimberly, aka Kim. She was polite, helpful, and very informative. She took her time to listen to my needs for the stay and my family's needs. She showed great patience and took care of my many needs. Her customer service was world-class. Cleaning ladies... omg, beautiful and super nice. They do an amazing job cleaning and dropping off extra things you may need for your room. Hotel inside and out... Super clean and up-to-date. Staff/ Management When I was ready to check out, I was greeted by Brian. Brain checked me out and was very helpful and gave awesome support. I'm not too sure which staff member had better customer service, Kim or Brian. But they both were super... with world-class customer service.

Loved this hotel. Stayed here during the holidays . It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and professional. It’s located in a central area with close proximity to the shopping center, restaurants, banks amongst other places. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if in the area.

Flew in from Amarillo for a couple nights for my wife’s birthday. Brian at the front desk was awesome… super welcoming. The hotel itself is sleek and modern but still comfortable and inviting… looking forward to trying out the restaurant and bar.

My husband and I had a great experience! I specifically wanted to shout out Brian, I called and urgently needed help doing a birthday room decor set up. I felt bad because it was so last minute, but Brian still managed to decorate it beautifully and made our stay 10x more amazing. Thank you again we’ll be back!

Was feeling a little blue so I decided to get away just for a bit today. The staff there were so very nice to me. They treated me like I was special. And I'm really not or pretty. They didn't know but my birthday is coming up and I have no particular plans but this made my day and definitely ranked up there as Top 5 hotel stays. I would know i travel so much for work. Im constantly in hotels. The sheets smelled so fresh too. Pool and spa was clean quiet and so nice. Even the security guard was kind to me! It's rare when you have people in this world that treat with such kindness especially when you have nothing to give them in return. Just kindness. Kind hotel. Sandman. I'll sleep good tonight knowing my experience here was so wonderful.

We always enjoy our stay here! Clean, upscale, modern rooms with friendly staff. Brian was very helpful upon our arrival to make sure we had the best room for our needs! The executive suite is lovely and full of amenities. Definitely our “go to” hotel when in the area!
